Dim witted Do ng-chul (Kim Myeong-k on) roams the streets of downtown Seoul weari ng the c lothes and watc h left be hind by a film director (Lee Jang-ho ) who committed suicide. On e day, he sees a pr etty col lege student named Hye- young (Lee Bo-hee). He conspires with auto mec hanic Yuk-deok (Lee Hee-se ong) to kidn ap her, only to discov er that she is not a col lege stud ent but a prost itute. After the tax i Yuk-deo k snuck ou t of the sho p is stolen, he and Do ng-chul starve for a wh ile, then mana ge to earn thei r meals by runn ing errands in the red light dis trict where Hye-young lives. But t hey are kicked out aga in when they a re caught trying t o help a new g irl from the c ountry escape. Hye-y oung sets o ut after Dong-c hul and Yuk -deok, and t he three of them enj oy a pleasant t ime at a seaside res ort befor e Hye-young go es on her w ay. While wo rking as waiters at a saloon i n Seoul, D ong-chul and Yuk- deok run i nto Hye-young, who is there as a companion for one of th e guests . During th e ensuing party, H ye-young becomes the plaything of the upper-cl ass men in attendance and eventuall y loses her life. Do ng-chul and Yuk -deok deck h er out in fine ries and carry her o ut on their sh oulders to bury her.
